Looking for financial planner with no hardselling?

I rarely take the time to write feedback but when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, they deserve the recognition. I had been wanting to find a financial advisor who could help me review my existing policies but had no avenue to find the right person. It would have been a wreck had I gone anywhere else due to unpleasant experiences in the past. But! I am thankful and glad that Tian Chong (who I met through hitch ride haha) had really made the sharing experience so insightful and stress free! From assessing my financial status, helping me to review my existing plans, explaining the right types of health/financial plans that could help meet my needs in long term, while being able to clarify my queries in more simpler terms. He was knowledgeable, highly patient and making sure all the bases were covered before giving any recommendations. Most importantly, you don't feel pressurized at all throughout the session. I would say I could see myself as a new long-term customer and I believe you could trust Tian Chong as a reliable financial planner too :)

My husband and I were approached by Tian Chong after discovering our pregnancy for AIA Mum2Baby. For first-time parents to-be, we were definitely nervous about navigating around the ever-rising cost of living within Singapore. Tian Chong shared a high-level timeline of the products we may need prior the birth and after birth which is a helpful information. Meanest but Nicest person?

When I was serving my NS, this guy is the meanest but sometimes he can be the nicest person in the camp because he was my Field Instructor (FI). I met TC during my reservist. The first impression was a clean, highly enthusiastic, and positively charged personality that attract his peers. What was interesting was his drive and conviction towards the work during reservists, and it moved on to share his work as a financial planner.
