I rarely take the time to write feedback but when someone goes above and beyond to help a customer, they deserve the recognition. I had been wanting to find a financial advisor who could help me review my existing policies but had no avenue to find the right person. It would have been a wreck had I gone anywhere else due to unpleasant experiences in the past. But! I am thankful and glad that Tian Chong (who I met through hitch ride haha) had really made the sharing experience so insightful and stress free! From assessing my financial status, helping me to review my existing plans, explaining the right types of health/financial plans that could help meet my needs in long term, while being able to clarify my queries in more simpler terms. I know Tian Zhong when we started riding bike 12-13 year back. He always say "steady" "no problem" and really do everything for me right after that. And all my claim and my insurance he settle everything for me no giving headache.

For first-time parents to-be, we were definitely nervous about navigating around the ever-rising cost of living within Singapore. Tian Chong shared a high-level timeline of the products we may need prior the birth and after birth which is a helpful information. What we appreciate the most is his sharing about the range products in market, their prices and its pros/cons. He also demonstrated several combination of protections & plans, as well as its costings for us to evaluate what may work for us. There was no pressure felt during the session that we had to decide there and then, but we definitely wanted Tian Chong to be our trusted agent after the valuable session.

Couldn't recall when I know TianZhong probably for a long time. Only until 5-6 years ago we interact with each other more through social media and a makan session that brought us closer. When I was serving my NS, this guy is the meanest but sometimes he can be the nicest person in the camp because he was my Field Instructor (FI). I met TC during my reservist. The first impression was a clean, highly enthusiastic, and positively charged personality that attract his peers. What was interesting was his drive and conviction towards the work during reservists, and it moved on to share his work as a financial planner. I have many insurance policies from GE, AIA, AXA, Manulife etc but what stands out with TC is his ability to connect at a personal level. I met Tian Zhong in a youth camp during our teens and have went on to be my good friend ever since. He is very honest about being a financial consultant when he first started out and was open in the sense that if you are not interested, you can just tell him straight and he will not take any offense to it. It's been 11 years & 11 months since I met Tian Zhong in Nitec aerospace at ITE. I still can remember that he is my second friend in class as always he seems very approachable to all. During planning, he always think in my shoe first instead of his own! With his professionalism in understanding his client, I received great advice and also sufficient time for me to consider before I make my decision.

I met Tian Chong during our secondary school days. Though we lost touch after graduation, we got reconnected after 10 years later.
